Disappointment

The flowers were half crushed in the box on arrival, some did not put themselves well in place and above all, once in the vase, it is difficult to reach 30 cm ... knowing that one of the flowers reaches 45 when the others measure just under 30 cm.
So disappointed with my purchase that I sent back.
