Using https://flowrette.com implies full acceptance of the terms of use set out below. These terms may be amended or added to at any time, so users of https://flowrette.com are encouraged to review them regularly.
The site is normally available to users at all times. Flowrette may nevertheless decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance, in which case it will endeavour to give users advance notice of the dates and times of the work.

Article 5: Intellectual property and infringement
Flowrette owns the intellectual property rights, or holds the rights of use, in all elements available on https://flowrette.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sound and software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's contents, by whatever means, is prohibited without Flowrette's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of the site or of any element it contains will be treated as infringement and pursued under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Article 6: Limitation of liability
Flowrette cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage to a user's equipment arising from access to https://flowrette.com and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the requirements set out in Article 4, or from a bug or an incompatibility.
Flowrette likewise cannot be held liable for indirect loss (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) arising from use of the site.
Interactive areas are available to users, including the option to ask questions through the contact page. Flowrette reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in these areas that breaches applicable French law, in particular data protection legislation. Where appropriate, Flowrette also reserves the right to pursue the user's civil and/or criminal liability, in particular in the case of racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic content, whatever the format used (text, photography and so on).
Article 7: Personal data
In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L.226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When you use https://flowrette.com, the following may be collected: the URL of the link through which you reached the site, your internet service provider and your IP address.
In all cases, Flowrette only collects personal information about users where it is needed for specific services offered on the site. Users provide this information knowingly, in particular when they enter it themselves. At that point, users are told whether or not the information is required.
