We are dependent on both flower producers, the seasonality of flowers, but also the artisans with whom we work and who put all their know-how and passion in the creation of original products. So it sometimes takes time, and we can never know if/when an item will come back in stock.

You can register for the availability alert of a product. : You will receive an email as soon as it is in stock again.

All our products are artisanal and carefully made in limited quantity.

Any customization or tailor-made request is made at our Paris 17th store at 55 rue Boursault.

The items sold in the permanent collection of our e-shop are not customizable.

The addition of a word (within the limit of 140 characters) is done before validating the command:

- Add the desired articles to the basket

- Click Basket: A window opens with a message "Is it to offer? »»

- Write your word in the insert provided for this purpose, do not forget to sign it

Please note: special characters may not be taken into account

If you forget the word feel free to write to us by email to hello@flowrette.com With your order number and the word to add: we will do everything possible to add the desired word if the order is not already ready. Once the order is prepared, it will no longer be possible to add it

Each of our creation is wrapped carefully and delivered in a transport card specifically suitable for the Flowrette creation it contains.

Each creation is excited in a closed box on each side, the creation is therefore not visible before the opening of the package.

A order confirmation email using all the information on your order is sent automatically by email after each order

If you have created a customer account with a password and you cannot connect, click on "Forgot password" to reset your password.

The validated orders are prepared directly to guarantee you a shipment within 24 working hours.

If you wish to cancel an order, feel free to send us an email quickly with the order number to cancel.

Once the order is prepared, it will be too late to cancel it.

In the event of an error in an order (name, address, product) or forgetting, we recommend write to us as soon as possible by indicating your order number, so that we can modify (if possible) the elements.

Once the order is prepared, we will no longer be able to make changes

Please note: the billing address cannot be modified once the order is validated

If you have chosen Chronopost, you will receive an SMS or an email to plan your order within 24 hours.

We never slide invoices in our packages.

The invoice will then be sent to you by email according to the invoicing information provided at the time of your order (the billing address is no longer modifiable once the order is validated)

Gift cards are sent within 24 working hours to the email address entered during the order.

If you have still not received your gift, feel free to check in your spam that the email containing the gift card cannot be found there ...

If you have still received nothing after 48 hours (excluding weekends), it may be an oversight on our part: all of our apologies, contact us hello@flowrette.com By telling us the number of your order and we will send it to you very quickly.

We offer several transport solutions:

Residence:
- Home chronopost - 8 €
- Colissimo at home - € 6

Relay point:
- Chronopost in relay point - € 6
- Chronopost Shop 2 Shop: € 3.70
- Mondial Relay - € 3.70

Despite these prices which may seem high, know that Flowrette always takes part of the real price at its expense.

Delivery is free from 70 euros of purchase (in Mondial Relay and Chronopost Shop 2 Shop).

It is not possible to indicate different deliveries addresses for the same order.

If you wish to make several shipments at different addresses, you must make an order by delivery address, and pay the shipping costs for each delivery.

We send orders within 24 working hours. Orders placed Monday to Friday before noon are shipped the same day.

You must then add the following delivery times:

- Home chronopost- 24 hours off weekend
- Chronopost in relay point- 24 hours off weekend
- Colissimo at home - 48 hours
- Colissimo in relay - 3/4 working days
- Letter followed - 48h
- Mondial Relay - 3/4 working days

Transporters' collections are working every day.

When you click on a product page, a real-time estimate of the delivery date by carrier is indicated, under "Adding to the basket".

We do not choose the delivery times that depend on the carrier chosen.

If you have chosen Chronopost, deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. A smaller niche of 2 hours is communicated by SMS on the day of delivery.

If you have chosen Colissimo, the delivery time depends on the postman to the recipient's address.

If you have chosen the Colissimo or Mondial Relay option, you will receive an email in the 48 hours for monitoring your order.

If you have chosen Chronopost, you will receive an SMS and/or an email within 24 hours with your tracking number.

• If you have chosen Colissimo and you were absent when the postman passes, know that a new delivery will generally be scheduled for the next working day. Otherwise, the package will be placed in the nearest post office.

• If you have chosen Chronopost, that you were absent at the time of the delivery man, a new delivery is normally scheduled for the next working day, but know that you can reprogram a new delivery via the notification sent by Chronopost. Otherwise, the package will be deposited in the available relay point.

If you have not recovered the package within the period indicated by the carrier, the package is then returned to us. Upon receipt, we will contact you to refund the order (excluding delivery costs).

You can then if you wish to make a new order.

Sometimes the packages are deposited with a neighbor, a goalkeeper, in a garden, or even in the entrance hall of the building.

We are sorry for this error, and know that we will do everything to find a solution as soon as possible, our customer service is there for that!

You have a legal withdrawal of 14 days to cancel the order after receipt of it.

The items must be returned to their original condition and packaging in a state allowing their re-marketing.

After this period, no refund or return of goods may be envisaged without prior customer service agreement.

To make a return by post, you can simply do it on Our return application.

The reimbursement of products (excluding delivery costs) will only be possible after effective receipt of items in our premises and after quality control. The customer will be warned by e-mail to the address he has used to order the good reception of the product return and data afterwards.
