We send orders within 24 working hours. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.
You must then add the following delivery times for France:
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
- Chronopost: 24 hours (excluding weekends)
For Europe:
- Colissimo: 5 days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
Transporters are collected every working day.
You can also choose your delivery day directly on the basket page. With Chronopost the delivery is guaranteed for the day requested, with Colissimo the delivery can be advanced or remote from 24 hours compared to the desired day.

We do not exchange, however, if the product is not suitable, it is possible to return it for free within 14 days, in its original packaging, to be reimbursed by the order (excluding delivery costs). You can print your return label on Our return platform.

No, we never put the bill in our packages because your orders are very often gifts. You can access your invoices by asking it to our support: hello@flowrette.com. Do not forget to mention the number of your order.
