We send orders within 24 working hours. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.
You must then add the following delivery times for France:
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 days
- Chronopost: 24 hours (excluding weekends)
- Mondial Relay: around 96 hours worked (excluding weekends)
For Europe:
- Mondial Relay: between 4 and 8 days depending on your geographic area
- Colissimo: 5 days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
Transporters are collected every working day.
We do not exchange, however, if the product is not suitable, it is possible to return it for free within 14 days, in its original packaging, to be reimbursed by the order (excluding delivery costs).
