My friend never received her gift

I put one because you can't put less.
The gift was never received by my friend. Because of the delay!! Yet I ordered days in advance

As exchanged, we refunded your shipping costs as soon as we learned of the delay, however, I see that your package was then dropped off at the post office and could not be delivered on 3 occasions.
