I understand your disappointment very well following this because indeed, it is not completely normal for the Phalaris to be found like that, nevertheless with the wet season which takes place, it happens that certain varieties of flowers including the phalaris, have a Bad reaction and it put in fades beyond the fact that they are bleached ...
Note however, that it appears in the description of the products on our site that the white and powdered white phalaris are tinted ... So I do not fully agree when you say that we are not honest, because in all the photos that You sent us, your phalaris are intact except for powdery whites and pink.
