    The stems are bent, the flowers do not stand up, very disappointed and disgusted by the boot received given the price and the photos of the site I expected to receive a beautiful quality boot but that was not the case it looks like boots damaged, I brought up my dissatisfaction and I was told that these boots are bleached and weakened, if I had had this information I would not have bought this not pretty boot which does not look faded
    So I will no longer recommend, it is finished the dried flowers on order

    Unfortunately you do not want to discuss it a little more, which is really a shame.

    I understand your disappointment very well following this because indeed, it is not completely normal for the Phalaris to be found like that, nevertheless with the wet season which takes place, it happens that certain varieties of flowers including the phalaris, have a Bad reaction and it put in fades beyond the fact that they are bleached ...

    Note however, that it appears in the description of the products on our site that the white and powdered white phalaris are tinted ... So I do not fully agree when you say that we are not honest, because in all the photos that You sent us, your phalaris are intact except for powdery whites and pink.

    As with all our dissatisfied customers, we do their maximum to provide them with a solution and guarantee satisfaction.

    Know that I still remain at your disposal to discuss more.
