A little disappointed

Part of the flowers have arrived damaged, all the white flowers petals were detached when the sachet is opened, therefore unusable….

Fleuri DIY Kit Review

It's pretty and the flowers seem quality. It's very well wrapped, there is a small card, it's Mimi. By cons we do not expect to number flowers. The images are misleading, on the cardboard we clearly see that there is at least double flowers ... So we think we have more flowers in the kit and we can imagine that the result will not be at all the same as On the photo of the kitston of the kit!

The biggest white flower has arrived completely defeat, the small flowers were all detached, again, that's not what we expect.

These elements cause disappointment and I think it can be avoided by being clearer in the descriptions and closer to reality in the photos.
