How long will I receive my order?
We send orders within 24 working hours. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.
You must then add the following delivery times for France:
- Colissimo: 2 to 3 days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
- Chronopost: 24 hours (excluding weekends)
Transporters' collections are working every day.
When you click on a product page, an estimate of the delivery date by carrier is indicated, under "Add to the basket".
For Europe:
- Colissimo: 5 days (excluding Sunday and holidays)
